I told you already, we first need to test the GPU. If the tests indicate a problem, then you should do it. But, I'm suspecting your GPU too. You could test with a spare card if you have one.

Umm i dont know why and how but something fixed the problem a little
before, i get graphic issue even before windows load but today its works fine until windows load and the amount of horizontal lines now are low
