Solved BSOD FAT_FILE_SYSTEM; then Explorer Hangs

All right, I installed all the drivers and enabled the Photosmart.

I had to run the two in safe mode with networking, and I did connect to the network.

SFC finds nothing, even while ran at boot.
DISM:

Error: 0x800f0906

Do you have all .Net Frameworks installed?

It looks like I have 4.5 and 4.5.1.

Install 3.5. It's necessary.

I have installed 3.5, and it's still hanging - I (pretty much) can't do anything in normal mode, I had to go into safe mode w/ networking. Any ideas?

Try DISM now if you have successfully installed NET Framework 3.5. Have you tested your HDDs with SeaTools?

Seatools returned a pass on both drives.

Is it possible for you to try a clean OS install from a reliable media?
