BSOD event 41, Kernel-Power

I tried disabling Safe Boot and other instructions but it just keeps starting windows normally without running Memtest. I am uploading new dumpfiles since I am still getting crashes, dont know if it helps but anyway.

Disable nVidia Streaming Kernel Service in services.msc and run Memtest86+ somehow.

Alright, stopped nVidia streamer service, trying to find some other way to run Memtest. Is there a chance that stopping nVidia Streamer solves my problem?

There is, but I'm suspecting your RAM...

Yea, I disabled it and it crashed just some minutes ago, I will try to get Memtest done somehow. Would Memory Diagnosis of Windows 8.1 help somehow?

You can try but it is not as reliable.

This makes me even more suspicious of RAM please try running Memtest86+ to confirm if it finds errors, your RAM is bad.

Seems like I already got errors during memtest during the first minutes.

Your RAM is bad. Please RMA it if you have warranty. If not, please buy new RAM.

Kingston is among the better ones. I'd recommend 1600 MHz.
