Oh, i thought you maybe asked because certain programs or privileges, as i do use McAfee enterprise to block some rights (read/write/execute) to the windows folder as pretty effective virus countermeasure, which sometimes causes problems with some programs but shouldn't cause a BSOD.
The key was acquired through some MS affiliation program of an organization.
