BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart

Hi

all I have to do is turn off the PC, unplug the USB drives and start the PC, and it boots up fine, so I am up and running.

BUT, if I leave the USB drives connected and boot to a bootable CD like Casper using a Ctrl+Alt +Del to retart
my main hard drive is not found.

Not sure what that means but there it is.

Cheers

Daniel
