The Win8 switch has gone fairly well for me (which apparently is better than most). I only have one problem, but it is extremely annoying and I can't figure out a solution.
Whenever any keyboard input is captured (i.e. typing this right now, alt-tabing, windows key shortcuts) my mouse (integrated laptop touchpad) becomes unresponsive until I click. So basically after typing I have to right or left click before I can move my cursor or perform any touchpad gestures. Usually it's just an annoying thing to have to do after I get done typing something, but it becomes a problem when I have to click on something I didn't want to because it's where I left my cursor when I started typing.
Does anyone have any ideas? All software is up to date, just installed the default driver for my touchpad (which win8 didn't carry over for some reason) and the problem continues.
