you have an HP system.. correct?
I do know that HP always has a ton of Bloatware software usually installed .. and something could be helping load into memory from one of those programs too..
but i'm totally just throwing ideas out there now..
otherwise it's actually a good thing your computer is using Ram as opposed to not using it... remember you paid for Ram.. it should be used.. not "unused"... and putting things in Ram means your computer goes faster so.. not really a major problem when you think of it like that..
maybe others can also try to open those pages and see what memory numbers they get as well.. it would be nice to see a couple of other computers run those web pages and see if they are exactly like my ram usage or totally different as well..
