Solved Acer E1 (UEFI) Auto repair bootloop...No usb boot

^^Yes... I only tried Rufus app and Diskpart myself after I tried the creation tool 3 times in total.
-Win Media Creation Tool (3x) created bootable Win 8.1 64bit Usb...Results: Only comes up as USB, Acer Splash Screen and then black screen
-Rufus(GPT FAT32 settings) Win8.1 64bit Normal iso downloaded with WinMediaTool Results: Same as above\
-Diskpart etc etc mounted same ISO same results :( I guess Im SOL...
Other only things i can think of is trying another thumbdrive or trying Win8

Are your usb ports Blue 3.0 or black 2.0?

SecureBoot off?

And I'm not talking Fast Boot, as your bios pic shows

You'll have to turn secure boot off if you try to boot from anything other than Windows 8 or Windows 10.

This may sound silly.

In Bios, where you highlight the UEFI boot option with the arrow key. You are hitting enter on the keyboard correct? This should bring up a sub menu option (select legacy).

I was just working on an Acer machine last week. Clean installed 8.1 from a flash drive.

We have to be missing something here.

Sorry if you've already covered some of these questions...

Have you ever updated the Bios at all?

I know on the Acer laptop I just worked on, F12 on boot needed to be enabled in the Bios. Maybe in the security section? Have you already done that?

No ive never updated the bios before when the pc used to boot normally.
And yes i enabled F12 which allows you too choose what to boot without going into the bios :/

UPDATE!! Just finished installing and setting up the drivers!!! Hooray!!!

Solution to my particular problem...hard drive.
I decided to swap out the hdd for one i had stashed from an old HP (actually better same 500gb but now im @7200rpm). Turned it on, came up with NO Media found and it told me to choose what to boot. I chose the USB and it booted the Install Setup!!!!

Thank Everyone who contributed and commented for showing support, awesome forum!
