In my case, reinstalling ASUS AI Suite II also reinstalled "Intel® Watchdog Timer Driver (Intel® WDT)".
The "standalone" install is at "<ASUS AI Suite II Install folder>\TurboV EVO\AppSetup\ICCWDTInstall\", if you want to install only this missed component.
