Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.
I'll start from the beginning.
Yesterday, my internet was being buggy so while I fixed that I decided to restart my computer.
A windows update started and read 0%.
Then my computer restarted itself, I thought dang that was fast.
Anyway, upon restarting, I was met with a blue screen saying my computer needed to be repaired citing error 0xc000000e.
I tried all the options that I could, ie, try again, boot in safe mode, and what not.
So I inserted my repair disc after trying everything I could.
Everything on my repair disc failed, System Restore (all my points failed citing two different reasons: either (C:\Users\Sam\AppData\Local\Packages\windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2tx from the restore point. or
The restore point was damaged or was deleted during the restore.
So I moved onto Refresh my PC, which failed instantly, and not citing a problem.
I tried to reset my PC but it kept telling me to insert my Installation media, although the CD was already in.
I contacted Tech support at the company that built my PC and they directed me to this article.
I tried going through the steps listed in the article but met errors at pretty much every turn.
Automatic Repair ends up doing nothing and fails.
Using the cmd prompt, I determined Windows was installed on C:. Moving on,
I ran chkdsk C: /f /x as directed and Windows found no problems.
I continued down the article and tried sfc /scannow. Ut got to 100% verified, and was met with "Windows Resource Protection could not preform the requested operation."
I then tried sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir =d:\ and was met with "Windows Resouce Protection could not start the repair service."
I kept going through the article and tried to repair boot configuration data with boot rec.
I entered bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, and then bootrec /rebuildbcd. I was then told I had zero identified windows installations. I kept going through the article to fix the problem but when I try to locate the boot manager, instead of being told the partition=C:\ or some other drive, I am told partition=\Device\HarddiskVolume2. I couldn't do the next part of this step so I just jumped to the next part.
Before all this I tried a system restore and as stated above they all failed. System refresh failed, system reset wouldn't start, etc. So I decided to do a clean install of Windows. I loaded up my CD, formatted the drive where windows was installed, and installed it again. I then restarted my computer thinking it was finally done, but I was still met with the same 0xc000000e error.
So I tried going through the article again and met the same problems everywhere except that I now have no system restore points. But, I was able to try a System Reset, it finished but the article said it would ask for my product key and it did not, so I'm unsure if i was successful. I also tried a system refresh, it got to 1% and then failed. At this point, I am completely stuck. I re-emailed their tech support with basically everything I said above, I posted on their forums, and I posted in the comments on the article I was referred to.
Link to their forums where I posted.
Any help at all would be appreciated. Right now I basically have 1100$ worth of scrap metal, which sucks.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: At no time am I able to get into Windows, I just have the options on my Windows Disc as well as the cmd prompt from said disc.
Edit 2: Startup repair fails and directs to the following log C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
