I suppose it's chrome's fault, ultimately. When using IE, I get the normal file browser. Chrome is rubbish on windows 8 as it stands. It could really do with a real overhaul.

I guess my issue is that I'm automatically pushed into the modern UI rather than being able to choose to use the regular browser, I was hoping there was a way around that.
