So I'll choose the restore to the factory status and back it up in my usb. Then when i install it in the ssd wont it ask for a product key ?
I did this recently.
I used Acronis TI Home 2012 to make a full image backup of Win 8 from a SATA 80GB partition.
Connected the SSD, then restored the backup to it.
Booted and all worked perfectly.
Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?
You can order OEM Recovery disks from your OEM manufacturer's website.

So I know you posted this awhile ago, but I hadn't tried it because I could only find the paid version. After you posted this link I found the free trial version. I installed the program, went to Disk Migration, automated everything, took out the HDD, put in the SSD, and it boot in less than 5 seconds, perfectly.
Wow! There is a solution.
Using HP Recovery media to recover
You can use HP Recovery media to recover the original system. This method can be used if your
system does not have an HP Recovery partition or if the hard drive is not working properly.
1. If possible, back up all personal files.
2. Insert the first HP Recovery disc you created into the optical drive on your computer or into an
optional external optical drive, and then restart the computer.
HP/Compaq said:? If the HP Recovery media do not work, you can obtain recovery media for your system from the
HP website. For U.S. support, go to Contact HP / Customer Service | HP® Official Site. For worldwide support, go
