I work in Photoshop and use keyboard shortcuts a lot. However, since changing to Windows 8, if the Photoshop keyboard shortcut is the same as a Windows 8 shortcut, it will not work in Photoshop. The keyboard shortcut does what Windows 8 defines. For instance, when pressing CTRL + ALT + down arrow, it flips my screen instead of stretching my object in Photoshop, as desired.
How can I disable and/or change the keyboard shortcuts for Windows 8 to eliminate this problem?
PS - I've tried to follow the instructions here in this link: Windows Key Shortcuts - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Help Forums, but I guess it is just over my head. I can't find the Local Group Policy Editor. Is there possibly another way to do this?
Thanks!
Amanda
