Edit: I've been busy the last couple of nights. I ran seagate's HDD tester and it failed the long generic test. bad sectors. Haven't run memtest yet though.

It seems that your Hard Disk is failing and that is why these random BSODs. I will take a look at the Memory Dump and post back in some time. Kindly post back the result of the other tests as well
Till that time, make sure that the connections to the Hard Disk are not loose.
