Reccomendations for GPU Upgrade
Good morning Eight Forums. I've had a GeForce GTX 560 by EVGA for a while now, and I think it's time to retire it. So, in the search for a viable replacement, I've decided to branch out to the all-knowing community for help.
I'm looking to switch out the old GPU with either two EVGA GeForce GTX 760 FTW cards in SLI or a single EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Superclocked card. My current setup (AMD FX-8350, GeForce GTX 560) runs just fine on my SeaSonic S12II 620w PSU, and I'd like to stick with it if I could. The important questions are,
which would give me more bang for my buck , and
can the little SeaSonic handle SLI ?
Let me know what you think, and thanks in advance!

Buy another 560 use sli and save a ton of money. I'm still on 460s in sli and they work fine. Only problem is memory.
Edit: the 760sli is also more bang for your buck than the 780 if had same memory size

Thanks for the fast reply Surgikill, now the question is, can I run two 760 FTWs along with the rest of my PC on 620w?

Your PSU can easily handle both of them (+ rest of system), you'll even have room for extra upgrades down the road.

Thanks for the advice StriickeN, now I guess my decision comes down to SLI vs. Non-SLI and the pros and cons of each option.

Do you use multiple monitors? If not then I would suggest getting the 780 Ti, then if you ever plan on upgrading in the future you can throw in another 780. Also the 780 Ti is a beast alone - faster memory interface, memory clock, more future-ready, etc. Sometimes SLI can get a bit annoying too, I remember I had a problem with the drivers back when I ran two 680's in SLI. I'm sure they have fixed that by now though.

I don't use multiple monitors unfortunately, I use *hangs head in shame* a single 1920x1080 Acer display because of the limited space in my dorm at the moment. So in that case, would a single 780 Ti serve me best?

Look at 760 sli performance vs 780 performance and look at the price difference. I think you'll know what to choose.
