Hello, suddenly on startup I started to get a message that I need to renew my license and in the activasion options it says that it will expire on January 7th. Its the first time I ever get this one. How do I fix it?

Thank you.

Exactly what license is going to expire? If it is Windows, ignore it, find the source of that message, get rid of that message. Do not reply to that screen offering to help you renew. If it is for some 3rd party program you have previously purchased, then go to the original web site:
-- determine if indeed the license is up for renewal, if not, find and get rid of that actovision screen; if it is really up for renewal
-- and start the renewal process right there in the original web site of that 3rd party program
