Here is my problem:
I NEED to uninstall two updates that are preventing me from installing .Net Framework 3.5, but when I go into "Installed Updates" in control panel, there is no option to uninstall any updates (at all). I have tried doing offline installs, but for some reason, they won't work either. Uninstalling these broken updates seems to be the easiest way to fix this problem, but there is no option presented next to the organize button or by right clicking.
Extra information:
OS: Windows 8.1 with Bing (yeah ik lol)
Windows update doesn't seem to be working, checks indefinitely
This computer is a cheap Digiland Tablet, cost me $40 (yeah, lol again)
The WUSA commands don't work either (it doesn't even give me an error, just doesn't work)
When I try to install .Net 3.5 through the interent, I get 0x800F0906
When I try to install .Net 3.5 offline I get 0x800F081F
