New 8.1 laptop, Asus X751.
Been stuck on 100% for nearly 30 minutes now with "Do not turn off".
Last thing I did was install (parts of) Windows Live Essentials 2012.
Then restarted as instructed.
Never seen a restart take this long before.
Any ideas what I should do ? Many thanks
