Windows cannot complete the updates

I keep getting the "we cannot complete the updates..undoing changes"
Can anyone check which of these updates are vital?

Also, I can ignore the windows update..but how will i know if there's a very very important one? It's annoying to go home late after work because of the update and eventually roll back

Get into advanced startup settings, enable safemode, and then uninstall the guilty updates.
