Windows 8.1 requires full key

So, every time I open up my Lenovo yoga and log on, I get a screen prompting me for my windows licence key. Here it is:

I'm not the dumbest person when it comes to computers, but I'm no wizard either. I've tried restarting it, shutting it down and rebooting it, hard booting it, and putting it into safe mode. I have the key, but I'm still wary of punching it in. This is what's making me suspicious:

-The "Privacy Statement" text is not a link
-The "Customer Support" area is not a link either, and the box next to it just contains the Webpage Navigation error page
-Only the "Teamviewer", "Supremo", "LogMeIn", and "Cmd" buttons lead to actual sites, and I've read that these are all names of viruses/scams
-The paragraph seems to be an image file, and not a text, as I can't select the text as I can in the webpage navigation error bar
-There are minor grammatical errors, and the look of the thing makes me think that this isn't something Windows actually put together

Any insight? I've tried looking through the forums, and if someone's had this problem before, I must've missed the post. Help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

It certainly looks like malware/scam to me. You could run the various anti-malware applications like MBAM etc.
Personally I'd rather just do a clean install, not knowing how deep the infection has been propagated.
