Update optional on one computer; important on another: why

I have two computers in the house on 8.1. I noticed yesterday that on one computer, a certain update was listed as optional, while on the other computer it was listed as important (ftr it was update 3132080). This is not the first time I've noticed that an update is listed differently on the two computers. Anyone know why this is? There really isn't much difference in the setup between the two computers.

Make sure your Update Settings are exactly the same on both PC's.

If you have ( Give me recommended updates the same way I receive important updates ) checked on one and not the other it can cause what you described.
