Today I went into Windows Update this is what it looked like.

When was the last time you checked and/or installed updates?
Have you tried anything to fix the problem like.?

Restart and look at updates again
Manually trigger a maintenance cycle
Run Sfc /scannow

Just ran sfc /scannow and came up with the following:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Try running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Be sure to run with Adm Cmd Prompt

Run it a few times both sfc and dism..

If still failing, start backing up!
