Hello
I'm running Windows 8.1 Core 64bit, I'm logged in with Local user account, so device encryption is off and there is no way to enable it.
I have set Windows update to "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them". I usually wait several weeks after windows updates are released before I install them.
First when optional updates were released on September 15th I could see KB3084905 listed in available optional updates list, but 2 weeks later when I decided to install optional updates KB3084905 was no longer offered to install.
Was it pulled by Microsoft because it's not applicable to my system since I'm logged in with local user account or for some other reasons?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
