Can't Activate Windows 8.1 Pro, error 0x8007007B

Hi!

I am trying to activate my Windows 8.1 Pro which I purchased from the Microsoft website online about a year ago. I neglected to ever activate it until now because I would like to upgrade to Windows 10 but for whatever reason, I cannot activate it. I have already called Microsoft support several times and they've been no help.

I already went through the command prompt process that they list online but when I type in the command to activate it, I get the same exact error message.

Please help!
