How do I STOP Windows 10 FROM DOWNLOADING again and again?

So I clicked on continue in the GWX icon and now even when I uninstall the KB3035583, it STILL shows as downloading windows 10 in the updates section - even though I BLOCK windows 10 update and that KB3035583 always.

So How do I STOP windows 10 from downloading like this, and perhaps better else, remove all remnants of it?

You will have to remove GWX .. this folder C:\Windows\System32\GWX

Right click on "Windows 10 Home", then click "Hide".
