Solved Windows update history has 1 update?

After installing updates, I looked at the history to see some optional updates that failed. It showed 1 for AMD . I installed more after this and could still see the history of all that was installed. Yesterday I installed another then looked at the history and that was the only one in the history the last installed.
Just wanted to know is this something to do with being registered to receive windows 10 upgrade? If not what happened to all my updates? Just curios, I am not experiencing any problems as of now. I have upgraded to 8.1 Pro w media center.

Thanks in advance, and I would like to know what the general opinion is on windows 10 is it going to an improvement?

Not sure understanding this correctly, but some optional updates lately have became recommended, as to reasons might not show in optional anymore and i would update AMD card from AMD's site to be sure. Meaning ones you did install successfully are not listed anymore in View update history ? Do not think has to do with upgrade reserve for Windows 10, but some optional updates have to do with this upgrade.
