Just got this update. This update enables additional capabilities for Windows Update notifications when new updates are available to the user. It applies to a computer that is running Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1).

Note: prerequisites:
To install this update, you must have April 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355) installed in Windows 8.1. Or, install Windows 7 SP1.

Not sure what is going on anymore with Windows Updates....they just keep coming. And, I just keep getting more confused and uncertain which ones are needed. I installed this one with no problems so far. (No restart is required).

This first came out late March as optional and I installed 3/29 and it has showed up again today, probably a patch to the initial update IDK. I installed with no problems.
