Solved Windows cannot complete updates?

Everytime I try and shut down or restart my computer Windows 8.1 wants to install updates, but everytime it tries it comes back saying it cannot install the updates and will delete (or something like that) and will ondo updates and restart. Here's screen shot of my updates log.

in this situation first stop the Windows Automatic update service
then you need to go into C drive under the C drive open the windows folder and under the windows folder delete the software distribution folder and then try to restart the update
it should work,..,..

What I did was I went to control panel under Systems and Security they have a find and fix problems link I went to that and ran the program after that I restarted and the update went through. I hope it works for you as well.

I fixed the problem by doing a fresh Windows install
