    1) If Dism asks you to restart your PC, then restart.
    2) First copy the command, then right click in the command prompt, click paste.

Sorry I'm late on the reply I just woke up.

    1. Only if it finds something it needs to repair, in either SFC or DISM.
    2. Simply copy first, then place your cursor anywhere in the Admin(elevated) Command Prompt window, and right click.

Sorry for late reply, im pretty busy lately.

I tried a few times dism and sfc/scannow, still no lucky.
I also have created that .bat file which also gave no luck after a few times.

Didn't have more time to use dism, sfc/scannow and the .bat file

The right moment to test windows update, received about 20 to 22 updates excl. the one previously mentioned.

    EDIT:
Started with 3 updates, total size about 1MB, installed with no errors.

All of the updates (some the second time) are installed correctly.

The update KB3022345 is nowhere to find, probably pulled back.

Good to hear. Patching is very important for PC security and under the hood improvements. Now give it a few days to see how your system runs. If any problems arise, just post again.

Their main objective is to block/prevent being infected by malware and that can only increase performance. Only sometimes(actually rarely when one remembers how many millions of people use Windows) some 3rd party software can interfere with the updates/patches, then the author has to patch their program.

I know this isn't the right place to say, but since the updates some of my settings are changing about once in a few days.
Before the updates, the settings changed once in a week or once in a month.

Is there a reason for this?

    EDIT:
Found the problem, my antivirus program (BitDefender Total Security 2015) is changing settings to save the battery as much as possible when the battery is at 25%.

2 to 3 hours ago I used: Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup&sfc/scannow&Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth&sfc/scannow&pause in admin cmd, thanks Cliff S for this command. After it was completely finished I saw the error that the image could not be restored due to the problem that it could not be found online and I got the error 0x800f0906.
So about an hour ago I uninstalled the update KB3022345. This update was from a month ago, I rebooted my laptop and performed another sfc/scannow commando.
    The result

I'm really happy it finally got fixed.

@Cliff S, the batch file you gave me did fix some other problems with windows update I wasn't even aware of.
