    Update headache

Hello, 1st time posting on here.

I have a problem with my pc updating (windows 8.1) even with windows updates turned off, also after it updates I get stuck on the "working on features 100% complete" screen. I've talked to Asus about this several times and they have done nothing to resolve the issue permanently. I am one more update from smashing this POS with a hammer. Please help.
