Updates fro Windows 8

I need to download to update Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, but it says i need all previous update first. Windows Update find this updates, but it stuck at download 0%. Is there a way to download all the updates prior to 8.1 into a single package?

Before upgrade to Windows 8.1 from the Windows Store, you do not need to install all Windows 8 updates from Windows Update. You only need to install KB2871389 update, then you’ll be able to install the Windows 8.1 update via the Windows Store. Download and install KB2871389 update from link or from Windows Update.

But if you've opened the Windows Store and you don't see the Windows 8.1 update, then you will need to also install KB2917499 update.

I will download those and post results back thanks. It was really annoying me this update problem, stuck at 0% i don't know if it's downloading and is just a graphical glitch or indeed is not downloading. I prefer to installed them myself.

The update is not showing in Windows store as before, i downloaded KB2917499 to fix that, but still not showing.

1. Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help
2. In Windows 8, right click on the Windows 8.1 ISO image file and choose either Mount or Open with > Windows Explorer.
3. Run the setup.exe file.
