8.1 Pro 64-Bit Critical Structure Corruption

    Just finished a new build.

    Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
    Intel I5 4460
    Gainward GTX 970 Phantom
    Corsair 8GB Vengeance C9 DDR3
    Samsung 840BW EVO 256GB
    Silverstone Strider Plus 500W

Installing Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit from a USB, upon setup, I have been hit with a Critical Structure Corruption BSOD. I managed to install drivers before this occurring again. Installed the SPTD fix, which didn't work as I received the BSOD again (no external or USB storage connected at the time).

Decided to reformat, upon a fresh install after plugging in my external to copy over drivers, I get hit again.
Any thoughts or ideas? Could it be the USB install? I know the ISO that I am creating the boot-able disk from is fine, as I have used it without hassle before.

Try not connecting external driver source or pre-installing drivers..

Let windows setup do its thing..

I gave this a shot, unfortunately no luck. I have ran Memtest86 and have since discovered one of my RAM modules were faulty. I have removed this module and am now in the process of running a fresh install, lets see if this works.
