FYI - to those that are kind enough to respond - Please respond with step by step instructions I understand most lingo but I need A, B, and C instructions to get there - thank you

I have a PC / Desktop
HP Envy, 2 TB HD, 12G Ram, Win 8.1, Intel Core I7-3770K CPU 2 3.50Ghz with an AMD Radeon HD 7570

This has been an issues since around Sept 2014 - it is Jan 2015

Below are the updates that are failing on Install - each one is taking one of the 3 errors -
8024002D OR 80246013 OR 8024610
(Notice all are MS related - other NON MS updates work/installed just fine)

Security Update for Microsoft Lync 2013 (KB2881013) 64-Bit Edition
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB2878316) 64-Bit Edition
Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB2850036) 64-Bit Edition
Update for Microsoft Lync 2013 (KB2910927) 64-Bit Edition
Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB2881001) 64-Bit Edition
Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB2899522) 64-Bit Edition
Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB2920734) 64-Bit Edition

I have tried the following after the Auto update failed Multi times
A. contacting MS support - after 9 tries and 4 months STILL no email, returned calls from messages, anyone picking up the Live chat OR waiting time on the phone is 2-3 hours and I give up
B. Contact HP support and since this is a MS issue - Warranty is not covered
C. MS community suggested Scannow - ran "Scannow" as Administrator (did find files and fixed but same results) Ran 4 times till cleared
D. MS tec support page - Ran MS "Fix It" program - found and fixed issues but same issues
E. Manually downloaded and installed updates - failed right after clicking install/Continue (ran normal and As Administrator)
F. Used my PC Clean program to clean out all cookies and junk - still failed
G. Turned off my McAfee (securitycenter) and installed - still failed
F. Stopped and Re-Started my Service for "Windows Update" and "Background Intelligent Transfer Services"

Everything else I find is for MS 7 NOT much for 8 or 8.1
Recovery is NOT an option since this started sometime back in Sept, Aug or July (unknown date)

Here are 5 Prints from the error log from Event log - (not sure if they are related but the time stamps are VERY close

Unfortunately most of these error codes from Update are a bit non-specific - see if this script helps View attachment WULogErrors.vbs give more info to narrow it down..
