Solved Windows Updates stuck at 35%

I bought a Windows 8.1 Pro 32 bit CD yesterday and installed it on my Windows 7 computer everything seemed fine when it got installed i could browse on the internet using Internet Explorer, download drivers ( Audio, Mouse,Graphic ) as i always did after a clean install later i installed Windows updates and rebooted my computer so the updates can get full installed but it got stuck at 35% i thought maybe i should just wait more time but it seemed like the loading circle was also stuck i went away for 20 min and came back but nothing changed and my computer's fan kept running really fast for 20 seconds then it runs normal after that. i woke up today still facing the same problem i did a system restore and i'm here writing my problem i'm too afraid right now to reboot my computer

EDIT 1: I downloaded Microsoft Fix it for Windows 7 / 8 after running it and choosing to diagnose the Windows Updates service it fixed 3 problems i will try to install the updates again and see if it will get stuck again
