According to your specs you have Windows 8.1 update 1. Are you sure that is what you have because Kb 2919355 is 8.1 update I believe unless it is a revision. I would hide it until I know what was going on. Run Windows Update again in case it was a glitch. I will try mine now and let you know if I get it also.

EDIT: Just checked mine and all I had for today was a WD update.

Just ran update again and it's still there. It appeared yesterday morning. It may be a revision. That's why I ask if any one else got it.

There has been 3 of those on mine with the same KB number, 2 in April, 1 in July, no problem. 2 of those were outside the usual monthly schedules, more instalments of the update 1, no problem just install it.

I saw this and looked it up, it is supposed to fix the following... as far as I can tell, a previous update was supposed to address similar things but some people had problems with the update, so this one is supposed to take care of things correctly. It is installed on my laptop and I have not noticed any appreciable difference.

This update includes the following new features and improvements:
  • Enables a more familiar mouse and keyboard functionality for modern apps and controls.
  • Improves the web application compatibility of the Internet Explorer 8 emulation mode in Internet Explorer 11 F12 Developer Tools.
  • Improves performance and reliability when you use multi-display configurations for portrait-first device experiences.
