Help with sfc results/Windows could not fix all errors

Hi,

I've recently ran a System File Check on my ASUS G750JM Laptop by suggestion of a friend to check to see if my system is still okay. The result was that Windows could not fix all the files in question, and some remained in their corrupted state.

I've been unable to analyze the results of the System File Check through the sfcdetails.txt file, as I was unable to get the command line right to inspect the file through the command console (if that's even possible), so I'm not sure what exactly is corrupted; the computer is still bootable, however there's a consistent and noticeable drop in performance after being used for a period of time, and I have a feeling that those might be related. The laptop is only two months old and I haven't really added or changed anything to it--just Steam and a few games, OpenOffice, not much else.

I'm not sure what to do next with this information, so I took a peek in here to see if I could find anything. If there's any more information that anyone needs or any files posted, I'll try my best to provide the necessary materials.

(For context, I was directed here via usasma from the BSoD analysis forums after making mention of this--the problem stemmed from a string of BSoDs with the same error check of 0x9f. I'm a bit reluctant to update my drivers just yet, since I updated and changed a few to no avail, so I'm unsure whether or not this issue now is just related to my drivers or if it's something worse at this point.)

Just a question; I've input the command as you stated, and it seems to be hanging at around 20% right now. Is that normal for this, or is something wrong?

EDIT: Nevermind that! It seemed to have completed successfully. Running sfc /scannnow next!

Okay, I'm back after running the sfc /scannow process, and after having done the dism command, sfc came up saying that there were no more integrity violations. I'm assuming that it's been fixed to some extent, but is there anything else I should do?

Check up on anything else, or?

Sorry for the late response.
I took a nap.

That's about it.
They finished well.

I run them several times a week.
