I'm totally new,and I have a problem. I just restarted my Toshiba satellite laptop,and it went to the blue update screen. No big deal. I frequently get it. But now,its been 2 hours,and its still showing "Keep your PC plugged in until this is done. Installing update 1 of 2".
The thing is,I can't access any other page,and if I try to shut it down, and start it back again,the update still continues. I'm new to windows 8,please help me.
