Failure configuring updates, reverting back changes

So I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now, everytime I reboot my PC to install the updates it will seemingly fail at 100% when configuring the updates "failure configuring updates, reverting back changes" I haven't done any critical changes to my PC, it just suddenly didn't configure the updates correctly. I don't have any third part firewalls or AV programs. I have Windows 8 x64 pro if that's of any use. I also tried to troubleshoot the problem with the windows troubleshooter but it was of no use.

Here's a picture of the update history if that helps: http://tldr.me/11bpbd7.jpg

There are too many updates to install at one time. Install 5 at a time, if any cause problems hide them temporarily and continue on to the next batch. It is probable that the .NetFramwork are blocking some of them.

Before doing the above run the Windows Update Troubleshooter:
Troubleshoot problems with installing updates - Windows Help

Windows Key + X, select Command Prompt (Admin) and type exactly sfc /scannow

Temporarily disable your Firewall

Now try the updates as specified above.

Like Nuccii is saying, some updates depend on others being installed already. Depending on your machine configuration and the last time you successfully updated, it can be a challenge to get everything installed in the right sequence.

His advice to ensure you have no corruptions first is also good.

I did the sfc scannow and it found some corruptions. How ever it didnt help, i also tried to install a few of them at a time without framwork updates but it still failed. Windows update troubleshooter found some errors and claims that it fixed them but the updates still fail to configure.

If the sfc command did not fix all system corruption, in the same elevated command run this
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Then run the sfc command again and reboot when finished. Now try your updates.
