Steve Gibson of Gibson Research said on his Security Now podcast on Twit.tv, that today's updates included patches for recently discovered Zero-Day exploits that have been in every version of Windows since Vista. He said to make sure and load the patches as soon as possible, because now all of the bad guys know about those Zero-Day exploits.

Annoying 'features' changed in IE11. Added bing bar to new tabs, and the pull down address bar doesn't show history stuff the same.
No problems.

Updates worked fine for me
Like others though I don't like the bing search on the new tab page, easily solved though by just changing new tab to open a blank page (lost top sites though)
This was one of the reasons I dumped chrome because they started adding search nonsense to the tab page

Our Windows 7 computers are set to check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them or not. I have them set that way, because I don't want Security Essentials updating through Windows update. I update MSE through its interface.
