    Sounds like malware to me. I'd check your startup items for something strange or unknown. Startup Items - Manage in Windows 8

    I've done that, the OS is new and my hard-drive is new too (I've got brand new SSD, my old one is on my father's laptop), so what malware could enter when installing a new operating system on new hard-disk ? (I've checked with CCleaner and some other tools too).

    Depends on what software you've installed after the Windows Install. Where did you obtain your install media? Clean install of Windows?

    Yes, clean install, clean softwares (+ BitDefender Total Security 2015), and it's >100 times installing an OS, but it's the first time doing that, that stupid thing appears even a few minutes after I've installed Windows.

    OK, if your install is clean and legal, must be a glitch of some kind. If you have system restore enabled try going back to a point before the issue happened.
