Windows 8 genuinity/debugging/errors

Hello there forum,
let me start off by saying this isn't my first post, as I've already previously posted issues regarding my laptop.
I'd just like someone to help me out regarding the files associated with windows and make sure they're genuine, as I've just sent my laptop in for formatting and maintenance, and would just like to make sure that the files installed are original.
On a side note, I sent in my laptop to an officially MSI representative, and would just like to make sure the files installed are original, and no problems occur.
I'd greatly appreciate some help from anyone here.
Laptop Specs:
Windows 8.1
MSI Dragon Edition 2, GT70 0NE, Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40 GHz 64 bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX680M
Intel HD Graphics 4000

Also, I just ran an SFC scan from the cmd promt, and it returned me with errors were found but fixed successfully.
You will find attached the SFC scan report along with the SF diagnostic tool grab all option files.

If you have no activation issues then your OS is legit. In Charms click PC Info, it will tell you if Windows is activated or not
