I reset my computer to facroty settings. BEfore shutting computer down the only option that was available to me was..update then shutdown..I did that and an update started. when at comptuer this morning message on screen....failure configuring windows features..reverting changes...do not turn off computer.. FIve hours later the message isstill on screen...I did shut computer downand when turned back on...same message on scren..can not log on..any suggestions....help
