Windows Update Diagnostic Program on 5/14/2014-2 Issues

I need help with the following 2 issues after running above program:

(1) Problems installing recent updates not fixed after Repair Windows Update completed. I checked the recent list of the 13 updates installed on 5/13 and it looks like all were installed. So I don't know what the issue is.

(2) Check for missing or corrupt files detected after Repair Missing or Corrupt Files completed.

There's also a windows update error 0x80070057 that was fixed. But under "Detection Details", there's 3 information icons:


Error Report stating root cause, error code and time detected


Collected File containing file name

Service Status: Problem with BITS service: The requesting service has already been started. More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2182.

Then the following information: Computer Name; pc; Windows version: 6.3 (shouldn't that be 8.1?); Architecture: x64

None of this makes sense to me. I need help as to what I need to do.

I have looked for help on the above in every possible way I could think of and couldn't find anything related to my problem. Are the issues in the above post anything to worry about, did I misread the above information and there is nothing wrong, etc.?
