    Same i still see the Click image for larger versionabove error in IE 11, and it wont let me add trusted sites which is the ultimate objective.

    The .reg file here would only affect polices for Windows Update, and not for Internet Explorer.

    Check using the method in the tutorial below to see if you may have any policies enabled in Local Group Policy Editor that could be responsible.
