How many changes can be made while repairing a computer before a new OEM licensee is needed?

I am questioning that I have a legal copy of Windows after the last repair.

    Memory
    4 gig
    Browser
    IE10 and firefox 23
    Antivirus
    microsoft SE
When using a OEM manufacturer's Recovery DVD's or USB drive, no new OEM license is needed.

I ask this because only the power supply, CD/DVD drive and video card were left from the original parts.
