started when I received an IRQL not less or equal than blue screen when I tried to shut down; I reloaded windows and havent seen that error again....so far. I had to install the updates individually to identify the problem update, one was fixed this one I cant; I have tried sfc.exe which found some corrupted files and fixed them....tried again....failure I tried a. Press Windows key + X on the desktop screen of the computer.b. Select Command Prompt (Admin)
c. On the open Command Prompt window copy and paste the commands (all at once).
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
pause

d. Exit the command prompt, restart the computer and check.
still it fails .... last time before the sfc check I ran the DISM check which came up "Command unknown" error 87 this is how I typed it DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-Image/Scanhealth any help is greatly appreciated
