Yes, it's always good to do.

There is only one time not to do it, and that is when you installed updates but did not reboot yet.

If that is the case and you do delete, it is just asking for troubles. If there is no reboot needed that is pending, delete is good.

    Step 2) Type: Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth > press enter
Step 3) Type: SFC /scannow > Press enter

After that's done, delete the Logs folder on the Desktop & Run Collect.bat again as Admin.

Attach all logs from the Logs folder to your next post.
I tried to run SFC, says I have a pending repair and I need to reboot. However, if i reboot, my computer will try and update, fail and take an hour and a half to be usable again.

Open OTL > copy & paste the text below into the Custom Scans/Fixes box > click Run Fix

    Code:
    :OTL
    O3:64bit: - HKLM\..\Toolbar: (no name) - Locked - No CLSID value found.
    O3 - HKLM\..\Toolbar: (no name) - Locked - No CLSID value found.

O30 - LSA: Security Packages - (livessp) - File not found

    :Commands

Great, it made me reboot, now I can't use my damn computer for another hour and a half because it has to "revert the changes of the failed configured updates" this pisses me off so much.

It is a tricky situation indeed. To save time maybe a reset would be best. Either way I will continue to help.

I have prepared a fix for you but without seeing the sfcdetails file I can't know the exact files to change.

Do you have caps lock on?

Nothing we've done changed anything about your password so I'm not sure how that could've happened.
