That is normal, allow it some time to finish.

**This file has 3 steps, you will be prompted to "Press any key" after each.**

After the file has finished restart your computer.

Next, Download & run Collect.bat as Admin.

Post all logs from the Logs folder on the Desktop.
What do you mean post all logs from the logs folder on the desktop?

The bat files will create a folder called Logs on the Desktop.

In that folder you should have the following txt files..

    -DISM.txt
    -CBS.txt
    -Win8WU.txt
    -ReportingEvents.txt
    -sfcdetails.txt

I was asking you to post them so I could look at whats happening.

All I have in the logs folder is Win8WU.txt

I did the full DISM.bat running as admin, and after a reboot, still no ReportingEvents.txt

    I have everything else though.

Edit: How do I post them on here, especially when the logs are extremely long.

Collect.bat will copy some files into the Logs folder for you. You will need to run it as Admin though.

Sometimes the files are to large (ex. CBS.txt), so you won't be able to post them unless you use a site like mediafire.com

    How to attach files:

Step 1) Click the Go Advanced button below the quick reply box.
    Step 2) Click Manage Attachments.
Step 3) Click Browse > choose the file to attach
    Step 4) Click Upload

Okay I was able to upload them all except sfcdetails.

Edit: Oh, the sfcdetails is empty :P

It looks like one of the updates is stuck. First I will attempt to let Windows finish the job by itself. If this doesn't work then we can move on to removing things.

Step 1) Press + S to open Search > Type: Powershell
Step 2) Right click Windows Powershell > Click Run as Administrator
Step 3) Type each command as follows.. Press enter after each.

    Command 1) start-transcript c:\PS.txt -append
    Command 2) get-bitstransfer | resume-bitstransfer
    Command 3) get-bitstransfer | complete-bitstransfer
    Command 4) stop-transcript

This will create a log file called PS.txt at C:\

Please attach it to your next post.

Hmm, the transcript doesn't show any output from the commands. I will need to work on that. It does however look like the commands were typed correctly, so that's a plus.

Try to restart the computer now, after you login again open Windows Update to see if all updates have been installed.
