Windows 8 Won't Update, BSOD, and DISM fails

So for the last month, Windows would fail every time it tried to update. I didn't think much of it and kept what I was doing and the last few days I was having some issues so I was really trying to get it to update. Even with the optional updates it would still fail. So I ran the troubleshooter and the main fixit tool for windows update and it would say it is fixed. When updating again, it would fail. Every now and then my computer would also get BSOD after it starting updating as well. So I searched throughout these forumks and saw about manually doing dism.exe and when I try that, it says that it fails to fix any problem.

Help please? Included is the dism logs and if there's something else please let me know.
