Hey- I'm new to this forum so not sure if this is the right place for this but I just bought a new laptop yesterday with windows 8. I went to install 8.1 and it doesn't show in store so I researched it and found I needed to install a certain update (KB.....) so I went to do that and none of the updates will install. It just stays stuck at 0% then tells me they failed. I searched for hours for a solution to this and I'm ready to just take computer back. Any suggestions?
